The Zone Diet-
- The Zone Diet meal plan has 3 meals and 2 snacks during your day. Each contain 30 percent fat, 30 percent protein and 40 percent carbohydrates. The first meal should be an hour within waking up. The rest of the meals and snacks should be in 5 hour increments.

The Zone Diet targets anyone looking to get fit, usually ages 18-30. The Zone Diet would fit into anyones daily life because it would be easy to eat 3 meals a day and 2 sacks. The hard part would be following the right foods to eat and it would also be expensive. This diet does not favor dairy products so it does not meet all of the food groups.
Example of a meal:
- 4.5 ounces lean hamburger meat
- 1 slice low-fat cheese
- 1 slice each of tomato, lettuce, and onion
- 1 piece whole-grain bread
- Small fruit serving
I would reccomend this diet because I think it would be an easy plan to follow, This diet can help you lose a lot of weight while still being healthy.
